Guerilla Hiring Campaign

​New Ninja in Town was a cross-platform guerrilla campaign created and implemented within a 2-week window on $0 budget. The goal of this campaign was to get Nathan, who was a successful model in San Francisco, CA under contract with a Los Angeles modeling agency.

Idea, Information Architecture, UI Design,



180 followers on Instagram, 200 unique 

portfolio views, 240 new Facebook follows, Nathan got signed


Building a Portfolio outside of the regular model application process to showcase Nathan and his previous work.


Cleaning up his Facebook page and creating a profile on Instagram to build an audience before reaching out to modeling agencies.


While creating some buzz on Social Media, I sent Nathan armed with business cards to networking events for personal impressions.

Ninjas are known to be silent and fast in their actions. To express this style I created foldable jumping boxes with nothing else but Nathan’s portfolio link on them. At night when the agencies were closed we pushed the boxes underneath their doors so they would jumped opened up on the other side.
